This article provides complete instructions for the installation, general gameplay, and features of BioShock 2.
The game offers players to venture into the decrepit underwater city of Rapture in order to confront the ruthless madman Andrew Ryan, whose science experiments have led to a disaster known as the Big Dyo. Players can engage in combat with a variety of enemies to escape Rapture, or may attempt to resolve the various mysteries of the city through psychological and moral means. Players can assume the roles of four different characters, each capable of providing different gameplay perspectives and acquiring unique experiences. BioShock 2, however, is not as linear as its predecessor, and takes place in a kind of free form as the player explores Rapture and its underwater laboratories. A second game, BioShock Infinite, is planned for a 2010 release.
These instructions apply to versions of BioShock 2 for the PC, PS2, and Xbox (PC only) platforms.

How far are we willing to go to get the care we need when our systems fail?
In a world of extensive clinical testing, no two situations are exactly alike. What works for someone at the end of their tether in a surgical Intensive Care Unit may not necessarily work for someone in the same spot, but even if it did, what happens when those tests fail?
Many modern hospitals that are built to reflect the latest best practice and technological advances have sophisticated systems that ensure that everything the doctors need to know about a patient goes into the patient’s record and helps them make treatment decisions. This includes details about the patient’s blood pressure, breathing rate, blood sugar and hemoglobin levels. But how well do they work, and how far are we willing to go to get the care we need when our systems fail? In this podcast produced for the Parliamentary Office of Science and Technology, Dr Michael Webber, who is a medical director at Warwick Clinical Trials, explores how modern technology can also play a part in ensuring that the truly urgent and dangerous need is always attended to.
